Ridge Haven Registration (Online Registration Guide)
This is a quick guide for registering your camper(s) with Ridge Haven Camp! (Do NOT pay through the Ridge Haven site)

Parents Complete Registration for each Camper
The legal parent/guardian must set up the account and complete the registration for their camper as there are consent signatures required as part of the registration process.
Register Online
To register your child, go to their website here.
Returning campers will log in to your account, and new campers will set up a new account.
Once logged in, the system will ask if you have a Group ID# (listed above). Enter the Group ID# and complete the remainder of the registration process.
If you have any problems with registration, there is a red chat button at the top of the screen, and someone will be available to assist during normal business hours or call the number listed at the top of each page for technical support.
Payment
You should NOT be prompted for a payment because you will be paying through Redeemer’s Church Center. (Once you have registered through them, you will receive a follow-up email from us with a link to pay through the church ($100 deposit due upfront, final payment due MAY 1st).
You may, however, add money to your camper’s store account by clicking “Make Payment.” This allows him/her to make purchases at the camp store & ice cream shop while at camp. Purchases can also be made with cash, debit, or credit cards.
Note: If your child has a balance of $5.00 or less remaining at the end of camp, that balance will be placed in Ridge Haven’s General Scholarship Fund. If your camper’s store balance is greater than $5.00 at the end of the week, the balance will be refunded to your card.
FAQ
Login issues: Returning campers must log in to the same account as previously set up. Please do not attempt to create a new account. If you cannot remember your login information, please call our office to have it reset.
It is not recommended to register using a phone; the software is not supported on the platform. Forms, in general, do not save from a phone.
The Emergency Contact for your camper CANNOT be the same person entered as Guardian 1 or Guardian 2.
Adult Leaders need to complete the same forms as students. Unfortunately, there is no way to separate the registrations, so fill in the information appropriately and select "Adult" for your grade.

Price
- $470 (if registered by February 14th)
- $535 (if registered by April 1st)
- $665 (final deadline May 1st)
$100 deposit due upfront, final payment due MAY 1st.

What's included in the price?
This price includes lodging, food, the use of the camp and activities, and transportation of a charter bus.

Prep & Packing
June 24th
Arrive with your student at Redeemer at 7 am. We'll depart at 8 am. Please pack a lunch for your student! We'll be making a couple of rest stops on the way, one to stop for our pre-packed lunch together.
June 29th
Our goal is to arrive back at Redeemer at 7 pm. We'll have a Chick-fil-A lunch on the way back and some mid-afternoon snacks, but we won't be stopping for dinner.
Below is the RidgeHaven packing list, as well as some of the camp policies. Please look those over in the next week or so.
You'll see that the camp has a no cell phone/devices policy. We're happy to hold cellphones for your students so they can notify you of arrival times on the way back. However, we will be collecting those phones once our trip begins and handing them out when we're an hour away from home.
